Her therapeutic approach is informed by elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based therapies, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy.

She approaches therapy with warmth, compassion, and non-judgment, valuing clients as experts in their own experiences. Phoebe aims to work collaboratively with her clients to achieve their well-being goals. She adopts a holistic approach to client care, taking into account biological, psychological, and social factors to effectively meet her clients' needs.
